   Lunch (Dinner): $16/adult

   Supper: $12/adult

Early Bird Meal Prices (if pre-registered by June 1, 2024)

   Daily rate: $30/day/person

   Weekly Meal Plan A (all meals - Breakfast x8, Lunch x8, Supper x7): $230/adult ($46 off regular prices)

   Weekly Meal Plan B (Lunch x 8, Supper x 7, no breakfasts): $175/adult ($37 off regular prices)

Dietary Restrictions

Please let us know upon pre-registration if you have any allergies or dietary restrictions. If an allergy/restriction is disclosed, we will do our best to reduce the risk of exposure. 

Beebe Camp can accommodate gluten-free diets – please make sure this is clearly indicated in your pre-registration. 

Note: Beebe Camp cannot promise to accommodate all dietary preferences.

Nut/Peanut Policy

Beebe Advent Christian Camp cannot guarantee to be a nut/peanut free environment. If an allergy/restriction is disclosed, we will do our best to reduce the risk of exposure.  However, the food we purchase may contain traces of nut products. 

Room/Cottage Rentals

overnight accommodations:

   Private cottage: $25/night

   Bethel (West entrance): $20/night

   Bethel Semi-private (East entrance i.e. Grove side): $15/night

   Boarding House room: $10/night

Of course, meals and accommodations are not the only costs involved with running Beebe Camp. There are also programming costs, electricity, insurance, maintenance and other things. We are trusting the Lord to continue to provide through the generous donations of those people who love Beebe Camp and value the work the Lord is doing here.
